Ivan Industries is a one-man shop located in Austin, TX, specializing in one of a kind, handcrafted doors.

I fell in love with the idea of  doors as an art form on a trip to the Netherlands, where it seemed that no two doors were alike.

Drawing on the belief that each door is a canvas, I strive to make doors that make people smile when they come home, as well as to elevate doors to the status of fine furniture.

I blend non-traditional materials such as granite, marble,  stainless steel, and copper with high quality woods to produce innovative doors.

The  exploration of various textures and materials allows me to take what is basically a two dimensional art form and push it into three dimensions.

Time-tested joinery, sensibly harvested woods, and high-quality finishes are used to insure that the doors I build will have a life expectancy greater than our own.

As I explore various design themes, I will combine features and attributes that I find pleasing. While some of my doors share various elements, no two are the same and will never be reproduced.
